Wilma Hampton of Ozark, Missouri spent time visiting her double cousin, Bethene Mitchell (Stillings) over the Labor Day holiday. She was here visiting friends and relatives. Bethene lives in Hillsboro, Oregon. Bethene came to church at Breedon then her and Wilma Jean visited the Stillings Cemetery looking and visiting over the graves of their loved ones. They reminisced about things and old times. They relate very much to losing their loved ones. They’ve had some happy times and some sad times. They talked and had a very good visit. They came back by Bull Creek Café in Sparta and had lunch, which they enjoyed. They came back by Dollar General in Sparta and did some shopping. Then on Monday, Labor Day, Bethene, Wilma Jean, Darrell and Lee Hampton of Ozark went to Ava and visited Wilma Jean’s brother, Elwood Williams of Ava. The group went out to lunch at The Sonshine Café in Ava. They had a real good visit. Bethene and Wilma and the rest of the group even took their coffee outside and sat on the swings and visited. While at the café they enjoyed their coffee and met Shirley Jean (Stillings) Smith and a friend and had a good visit with them. Bethene came back to Ozark with the group and visited in Wilma Jean and Lee’s home of Ozark. She returned to Hillsboro Tuesday morning. Her son, Wendell and wife from Dallas, Texas came and visited with family and friends also.
