Breshears-Hylton Reunion Held Sunday

The 25th Annual Breshears-Hylton Reunion was held Sunday, September 12 at the Ava City Park. There were 73 family members and friends in attendance and seemed to enjoy the day. Cole Breshears asked the blessing before the barbeque. Potluck lunch was served. Joe Allen Breshears was chef for the day. He was also the spokesman for the day.
Gifts were presented to: youngest mother, Amanda Breshears; couple with the most grandchildren present, Joe and Chris Breshears; coming the farthest, Jean Breshears; guessing games, Cole Breshears, Jay Steeley and Nancy Breshears. Dwayne and Teresa Nash were awarded the 25th Annual Breshears-Hylton Family quilt. Door prizes were awarded to Ryan Breshears, J.D. Price, Ronnie Breshears, Robert Breshears, Mike Holman and Jack Breshears.
All the children received a gift and a bag of candy. Nail painting and washable tattoos and stickers were from Aunt Dannie. Miracle helped with this activity.
Those attending the Reunion from out of state were: Doyle and Dannie Breshears; Jay and Cathy Steeley; Cole and Tammy Breshears; Jean Breshears; Ronnie and Nancy Breshears; Kendal, Kaleb and Chole Moore; Renee Cox; Debbie and John Luke Dalaeli; Bob Breshears; Preston and Tabitha Breshears; William and Connor; Crystal and Levi Craig.

The 26th Breshears-Hylton Reunion will be Sunday, Sept. 17, 2011 at the Ava City Park.
