We trust you had a glorious day on this past Sunday, if not you certainly missed a good chance at one. We had a great time in the Lord in our morning worship service. The message was from Isaiah 54:2, entitled “Lengthen Thy Cords, and Strengthen Thy Stakes.” Addressing the need for the church and its members to have a greater outreach to the community while increasing our personal knowledge of and dedication to the Lord.
The evening message was from I Corinthians 12, on the subject of, “Team Spirit,” and our obligation to each other in the body of Christ.
This coming Sunday, the 12th we are to have guest singers, Oakie and Rocky Teske for the morning service. Then the following weekend on Saturday the 18th we will have a Women’s Prayer Brunch.
