NOTICE UPON ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
The State of Missouri to Respon-dents John Doe and the unknown con-sorts, heirs, devisees, donees, alienees, successors, assigns and immediate or remote voluntary or involuntary grant-ees of Morgan J. Mullanack, individu-ally or as Trustee of the RLTA of Morgan J. Mullanack utd 12/21/89. You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Doug-las County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which a Petition to Quiet Title suit requesting the Court to declare ownership, right, title and inter-est to the land situated in Douglas County, Missouri and more particularly described as follows:
Tract 1: The NW ¼ SW ¼; The N ½ NE ¼ SW ¼; and the SE ¼ NW ¼; all in Section 21, Township 26, Range 13, Douglas County, Missouri. SUBJECT TO EASEMENT conveyed for a road-way across the SE ¼ NW ¼ of Section 21, Township 26, Range 13 as con-veyed by Missouri Warranty Deed recorded in Book 466 at Pages 365-366 in the office of the Douglas County Recorder.
Tract 2: That part of the NE ¼ of Section 21, Township 26, Range 13 lying North and West of the County Road as it presently exists, Douglas County, Missouri (Subject to EASEMENT) as conveyed by Missouri Warranty Deed recorded in Book 466 at Pages 365-366 in the office of the Douglas County Recorder) (herein, the “Property”).
