Those at John and Jo Stephens’ house Wednesday were Kathy, Lana, Misty and Melanie.
We had no card playing on Friday night as I was sick with bronchitis, but I am getting better.
Donna, Megan and I went down by the drug store Saturday night to watch them dance.
John and Jo Stephens and Lisa Hensley went to Norwood Saturday and visited Aaron and Jordan Tate. They had a barbeque.
Keith, Melanie, Reece, Megan, Quin, Macee and Donna were here Saturday. Amy Hill also came by.
Reece Goforth went to Travis and Dede Mitchell’s Saturday night for Ty’s birthday.
This Week’s News –
Get well wishes to my brother, Gene Pool. He had surgery on his head Friday. He is doing okay so far.
My sympathy to the family of Joyce (Jodie) Souder.
Get well wishes to Jane Call. She fell and broke her leg.
My sympathy to the family of Peg Hancock.
I want to send birthday wishes to Juanita Kazenske of Illinois. Her birthday is Sept. 18. I also want to send Garrett John Kearn of Kansas a happy birthday greeting. His birthday is Sept. 27.

John and Jo visited Gene and Rheba Saturday morning.
Bill and Debbie Johnson had the family Sunday for Debbie’s birthday.
Keith, Melanie and kids went to the football games at Willow Springs Friday night. Reece went home with Nathan Bray.
Donna Dodson visited Michael Dodson and boys and Gene and Rheba Pool on Saturday.
There will be a Pendergrass Reunion Saturday, Sept. 11 at the Mr. and Mrs. Larry Pendergrass residence, two miles west of Dora on CC Highway. There is will be a potluck at noon. Everybody welcome.
Those visiting Sunday with John and Jo Stephens were Lisa Hensley and Seth of Hartville, Jordan Tate of Norwood and Max and Kathy Stephens. They all had a barbeque.
Keith and Melanie Breeding and Reece, Megan, Macee and Quin went to the lake this weekend.
Juanita (Pool) Kazenske will have her 80th birthday on Sept. 18. Her address is: 1415 Cross Town Ave., Silvis, IL. 61282.
