To all persons who claim any inter-est in the property of SAMUEL J HUMBYRD, deceased, as an heir of said decedent or through any heir of said decedent:
You are hereby notified that a peti-tion has been filed in the above court by NANCY L. HUFF, for the determi-nation of the heirs of SAMUEL J HUMBYRD, deceased and of their respective interests as such heirs in and with respect to the following described property owned by said decedent at the time of death, to-wit:
That part of the W ½ SW ¼ NE ¼ of Section 22, Township 26, Range 16, which lies North of State Highway No. 76.
