TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of debt and performance of obligations due on a promissory note dated July 5, 2007 secured by a Deed of Trust executed by HOWARD W. JOHNSON, a single man dated July 5, 2007 and recorded on August 3, 2007 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri as In-strument No. 074961, the undersigned as the trustee named in said deed of trust at the request of the legal holder of said promissory note and in accordance with the provision of said Deed of Trust will on Friday, the 24th day of September, 2010 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., to-wit at 11:15 a.m. at the North front door of the State Circuit Court House in the City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the property in said Deed of Trust described, to-wit:
Lot 16 of GREEN ACRES, a subdi-vision in Douglas County, Missouri, according to plat filed in Plat Book 3, page 3 in the office of the County re-corder of said Douglas County, Mis-souri, excepting therefrom that portion described as beginning at the North-west corner of said Lot 16; thence along the North line of said Lot 16 N77° 18’37”E 1788.40 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 16; thence S52°31’00”W 493.82 feet; thence S80°08’02’W 462.49 feet; thence S89°09’47’W 897.30 feet to the point of beginning. Tract contains 20.76 acres more or less. Subject to all right-of-ways, easements and restrictions of record.
For the purpose of satisfying said note and the costs of executing this trust.
