For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Christopher Romines and Teesha Romines, husband and wife dated March 22, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri in Book 462, Page 374 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Mon-day, September 27, 2010 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 8, DAVIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AVA, MISSOURI, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK AT PAGE 2 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT CLERK AND RECORDER OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT 50 FEET NORTH OF THE SE CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, BLOCK 8 OF DAVIS ADDITION AND RUN THENCE NORTH 50 FEET, THENCE WEST 150 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 50 FEET AND THENCE EAST 150 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
