Southern Missouri Bluegrass, along with The New Kentucky Colonels, will do a benefit concert in West Plains this Friday night for the Alzheimer’s Association.
The concert precedes a walk for the Springfield-based Alzheimer’s Association on Saturday, Sept. 28, at Pleasant Valley Manor in West Plains.
Eric Lewis, of Missouri Bluegrass, has played the Ava area several times and many local people are familiar with his music.
The Friday night concert will be held at the Avenue Theater on Washington Ave. in West Plains, beginning at 7 p.m. A $10 donation for the Alzheimer’s Assn. is requested.
