Default having been made in the payment of the debt and performance of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Kenneth Lee Wilson and Nancy Carol Wilson, husband and wife, to FCS Financial, FLCA, formerly known as Farm Credit Services of Western Missouri, FLCA, and said note secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Kenneth Lee Wilson and Nancy Carol Wilson, dated November 8, 2001, which appears in Book 354 at Page 572 as Document No. 012615 of the Recorder’s Office for Douglas County, Missouri, and conveying to the undersigned as Substitute Trustee under an Appointment of Substitute Trustee heretofore executed by the note holder, the following described property situated in the County of Douglas, State of Missouri, to-wit:
The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 27 North, Range 15 West;
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 27 North, Range 15 West, which lies North and West of the County Road, all in Douglas County, Missouri.
EXCEPT:
The S ½ NE ¼ SE ¼ of Section 33, Township 27, Range 15 in Douglas County, Missouri. Together with an 20 foot Easement for Ingress and egress, over and across the following as described as: Beginning at the SW corner of the NW ¼ SW ¼ of Section 34, Township 27, Range 15 and run North along the West line of said forty 20 feet, thence run East to the West right-of-way line of County Road #76-105, thence follow the West right-of-way line of the County Road in a Southeasterly direction to the South line of said forty, thence run West along the South line of said forty to the place of beginning.
At the request of the legal holder of said promissory note, and in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will on Tuesday, the 10th day of August, 2010, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., commencing at 1:00 p.m., sell said property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the north front door of the Douglas County Courthouse in the City of Ava, Douglas County, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
