The South Central Missouri – North Central Arkansas Civil War Roundtable will be held Saturday, July 17, at the West Plains Public Library.
In this area interest in the Civil War is steadily building in anticipation of next year’s sesquicentennial or 150th anniversary of the Civil War. Artifacts related to the war and new information about the war in the local area is a part of every meeting.
The gathering begins at 2 p.m. extending to 4 p.m., and all are invited. There is no charge to be a member of our group, or to attend any of the meetings.
Meetings are informal.
