The 10th annual Ozarks Property Rights Congress Conference will be held in Cabool Saturday, July 17, at the Cinema II Theatre.
The all day event will again feature speakers on issues pertaining to preserving private property rights including eminent domain legislation, water shed control, new proposed laws affecting home gardeners, animal rights legislation and more, a spokesperson said.
The theme of this year’s gathering is “Yes, you can make a difference.” In keeping with that, candidates in contested state and congressional races in the November election have been invited to meet with the property owners to share their views and answer questions.
Speakers will start at 9 a.m. preceded by free coffee and doughnuts and fellowship for the early arrivals. Admittance is free and open to any and all who are interested in working to preserve individual property rights
