SEALED BIDS
The City of Ava will be receiving
sealed bids on a 1999 Dodge Intrepid.
Sealed bids can be dropped off at city hall and must include proposed price of the vehicle as well as contact information of bidder. Bids will be accepted until July 12. The bids will be opened at the next City Council meeting on July 13, 2010. No bids will be considered after that time and date. The bidder will be contacted by phone and will be given three (3) days to pay and claim the items or forfeit their option.
The City of Ava reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
