NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE

For default in the payment of principal and interest now past due on a certain promissory note dated September 26, 2007 and secured by a deed of trust dated September 26, 2007 signed by James D. Shea, a single person, and recorded on October 1, 2007, in Book 473 at Page 3 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Douglas County, Missouri, Michael L. Miller will, at the request of the legal holder thereof, on Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 2010, between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., specifically at 1:00 o’clock p.m. at the North Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, located at 203 Southeast 2nd Avenue, in the City of Ava, Missouri, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the property in the deed of trust described as:

All that part of the East 280 feet of the SW ¼ NW ¼ of Section 29, Township 26, Range 16 which lies South of the County Road. Also all that part of the SE ¼ NW ¼ of Section 29, Township 26, Range 16 which lies South of the County Road (“Old Arno Road) and West of State Highway No. 76.

For the purposes of satisfying the note and costs.
