You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of the County of Douglas Missouri, the object and general nature of which is:
PETTION FOR JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE AND QUIET TITLE AND ACTIONS FOR EJECTMENT
And which affects the following described property:
A part of the N ½ NW ¼ NE ¼ of Section 23, Township 26, Range 16, Douglas County, Missouri being described as commencing at the Northeast corner of said N ½ NW ¼ NE ¼ and run thence West 500 feet, thence run due South and to the point of intersection with State Highway No. 5, (Old Highway No. 5), from this point run due East and to the center of the Branch Bed, for a TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence following the center of the Branch Bed in a Northerly direction, and to a point 145 feet South of the North line N ½ NW ¼ NE ¼, thence run due East 268 feet and to point 145 feet South and 98 feet West of the Northeast corner of said N ½ NW ¼ NE ¼, thence run North 145 feet, thence run East 98 feet and to the Northeast corner of said N ½ NW ¼ NE ¼, thence run South and to a point directly East of the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence run West and to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to right-of-way for County Road, as it now runs.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleadings or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 24th day of June, 2010, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to the law in the Douglas County Herald, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Douglas, State of Missouri.
