Faith Mckinzie Dietz, infant daughter of Joshua and Stephine (Peters) Dietz was born and passed to heaven on June 18, 2010 at Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, Mo.
Faith was preceded by her aunt, Amanda Reese, and an uncle, James Cecil Reese.
Faith is survived by her parents, Stephine Jean and Joshua Michael Dietz, Ava; two sisters, Brooke Lynn and Madison Alexis Dietz, of the home; maternal grandparents, Rosa and James Dye, Ava; paternal grandmother, Nancy Brood, Ava; great-grandparents; uncles, Patrick Dietz and Brian Reese; aunt, Julie Dietz; and other aunts, uncles and relatives.
Graveside services for Faith were Tuesday, June 22, at 9:30 a.m. at the Ava Cemetery, with Pastor Larry Scott officiating. Memorials may be made to the family as a love offering.
