The daughter of William and Ollie (Harless) Coats Chloe Marie Aldridge Braden, 92, of Rueter, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2009. She was born on March 7, 1917, in Protem, the daughter of William and Ollie (Harless) Coats.
She is survived by her siblings, William “Carl” Coats, and wife, Katherine Coats, of Ava; and Hazel Yarger, of Rueter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Chloe Marie is preceded in death by her husbands, Floyd Aldridge and Basil O. Braden; siblings, Herman Coats, Omer Coats, Walsie Roberts, Myrle Masterson and Mable Coats.
Funeral services were held at the Salem General Baptist Church on Monday, July 20, at 2 p.m. Burial followed in the Rhoades Cemetery at Protem, under direction of Whelchel Chapels, of Forsyth. Memorials may be made to Gideons International.
