Kolean (Koly) Lenore Wade, 65


Owned and operated “Koly’s Cafe” in Ava for several years Kolean (Koly) Lenore Wade, 65, of Ava, departed this life Thursday, June 18, 2009, at her home in Ava.

She was born June 9, 1944, in Ava, the daughter of King David and Ethel Emma (Wilson) Fleetwood. On Sept. 28, 1986, she married William (Bill) Wade in Ava.

Koly had owned and operated “Koly’s Cafe” in Ava for several years. Koly and Bill worked together in the Wade Trucking Co. which they ran from their home for many years.

Koly’s daily life was directed by her deep faith in God. She had a generous and giving spirit. She was the ultimate nurturing mother, grandmother, and friend to all. She loved to spend time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, King David and Ethel Fleetwood; husband, Bill Wade; sisters, Patricia and Evelina; and a brother, John.

She is survived by four daughters, Tammy Weyrauch and husband, Bob, of Ava, Juliet Laub, of Norwood, Jennifer Kelley and husband, James, of Ozark, and Tiffany Wade, of Ava. She is also survived by five brothers and their wives: Landon and Donna Fleetwood, Ava, Jay and Linda Fleetwood, and Harlan and Shirley Fleetwood, of Mansfield, Troy and Melissa Fleetwood, of Seymour, and John and Yvone Fleetwood, of Ozark; two sisters, Ellie and Russell Doran, of Ava, and Rosie and Trent Whelan, of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
