Alicia Lynn Davis, 32


She loved her children and being with family Alicia Lynn Davis, 32 years, passed to heaven on March 1, 2009 from an auto accident in Jonesburg, Mo.

Alicia was born June 18, 1976 in Springfield, to Jesse and Elizabeth (Shelton) Souder. She graduated from Synder High School, Synder, Texas in 1994.

Alicia was employed as a cook with Clinton Senior Center. She was a Christian and converted at an early age in the Nazarene Church in Synder, Texas. Alicia enjoyed sewing, crocheting and playing video games.

She loved playing with her children and being with all her family.

Alicia was preceded by a sister, Marcy Wilson.

Alicia is survived by her four children, Jesse Davis, Randale Isley and Gary O’Rouke, all of Clinton, and stepdaughter, Julia O’Rouke, of Clinton; her father and mother, Jesse and Joan Souder, Fordland; her biological mother, Elizabeth A. Shelton, of Texas; three brothers, Billy Souder, Marshfield, Nathan Souder, Snyder, Texas, and Justin Souder, Rogersville; two sisters, Miranda Wells and Marissa Wilson, both of Synder, Texas; grandparents, Bill and Betty Souder, Rogersville, and Wayne and Ruby Hopper, Norwood; step grandparents, Bruce and Ladine Light, Mineral Wells, Texas; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Alicia will be Friday, March 6, at 2 p.m. in the Souder Church of Christ, Ozark County, with burial in the Souder Cemetery. Visitation will be today (Thursday) from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava. Officiating will be Pastor Brian Letsinger.
