“Wichita’s Original Maytag Repairman” Herbert C. Snow, 77, of Wichita, Kan., passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2008.
He retired from Mitchell-Cox Appliance Co., “Wichita’s Original Maytag Repairman.”
He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Shelba Snow, and his son, Eddie Snow. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Maude Snow; four brothers, Alva, Orville, Junior and Jay Pruiett; and one sister, Bertie Nelson.
Visitation with the family present was from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday and funeral services at 1 p.m., Saturday, both at Cochran Mortuary, Wichita, Kan.
Survivors include children, Cindy (David) Wolf, Terry (Carolyn) Snow, and Tracy (Kevin) McGarey, all of Wichita, and Kevin (Karyn) Snow, of Haysville, Kan.; a brother, Bruce (Helen) Snow, of Billings; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grand-children; and four great-great-grandchildren.
