A resident of Ava since l986 Wesley Brian Willis, the son of Leonard Willis and Julia (Grigsby) Willis, was born Feb. 26, 1958 in Phoenix, Ariz., and departed this life Oct. 25, 2007, at the age of 49 years 7 months and 29 days.
Wesley was a resident of Ava, since l986, moving here from Phoenix, Ariz. On March 24, 1990, Wesley and Jessie Hayes were united in marriage in Ava. Wesley and Jessie are blessed with two sons. Wesley was employed with Heart of the Ozarks Health Care in Ava for 18 years. He was a Med Tech., C.N.A., and R.N.A.
Wesley enjoyed reading and playing string instruments. He loved spending time with his family, music, and computer. Wesley was of the Pentecost Faith.
Wesley is survived by his wife, Jessie; two sons, Julian Willis and Dylan Willis, Ava; his father, Leonard Willis, Phoenix, Ariz.; one sister, Christi Lee, of Arizona; one half sister, Ellen Scarberry, of Ohio; his in-laws, Tom and Mary Hayes, Ava; sister-in-law Janie Swisher, Barbara and Bob Smith, Geraldine and B.Y. Huskey, and Judy and Roger Huskey; one brother-in-law, Bud and Sherry Hayes; many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
