Mrs. Bunnell lived in Arkansas most of her life. Mrs. Ethel F. Bunnell, 95, of Ava, passed away Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007, at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center, Ava.
Ethel was born May 5, 1912, the daughter of John Clinton and Minnie Etta Pace, at Lake City, Ark. Mrs. Bunnell lived in Arkansas most of her life. Since becoming ill, Ethel had been staying with her daughter.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake City, Ark.
Survivors include her daughters, Betty J. Hoskins, Ava, and Doris Bunnell, of Tampa, Fla.; five grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, King J. Bunnell; a son, Joy Clinton Bunnell; two brothers; two sisters and three great-grandsons.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, at the Bowman Cemetery, at Bowman, Ark. Visitation was held at the Whelchel Chapel in Forsyth on Sunday, Sept. 23, from 2 to 4 p.m.
