Daughter of Jerold Carless and Chelsea Nicole Osbourn Caelyn Nicolette Osbourn, infant, of Kirbyville, died Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield.
She was born June 27, 2007, in Springfield, the daughter of Jerold Carless and Chelsea Nicole (Miller) Osbourn.
Caelyn was preceded in death by her grandfather, Richard Osbourn, and great-grandparents, Richard and Irene Osbourn and Jerry and Inez Congrove.
Survivors include her parents, Jerold and Chelsea Osbourn, of the home; a sister, Shelby Osbourn, of Fayetteville, Ark.; grandparents, Betty and Jack Campbell, of Sulphur Springs, Ark., Jack and Brenda Sprinkles, of Decatur, Ark., Connie and John Macak, of Springfield, David and Sally Miller, of Ava, and Stephanie and Larry Madura, of Columbia; and great-grandparents, Patricia Miller, Joe Miller, Dirk and Dodie deHaan, all of Ava, Dick and Veda Sprinkles, of Arkansas, and Vesta Edwards, of Decatur, Ark.
Services were held Tuesday, July 3, at the Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson, with the Rev. Scott Coffelt officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home, Branson.
