Of Licking Mr. Fred H. Propst, age 79, of Licking, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2007 at Texas County Memorial Hospital. He will lie in state at Evans Funeral Home in Houston from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today (Thursday).
Burial at Missouri Veterans Cemetery will be at a later date.
