Devoted to her family and often referred to as “ringleader” June Maria Brazeal, 45, was born on June 2, 1961, in Athol, Mass., the daughter of Roger C. Adams Sr. and Beverly A. Britt Adams. June and Thomas Brazeal were united in marriage on May 19, 1979 in Ava. They were blessed with two children. She passed away at 7:04 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2007, at her residence.
June was devoted to her family. She was often the “ringleader” in family activities as well as the peacekeeper. She adored her grandchildren. She worked in healthcare, as a CMA on third shift at Ava Place for several years, as well as caring for family members.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas; a daughter, Sabrina M. Morgan and husband, Chad, of Ava; a son, Adam D. Brazeal, of the home; her mother, Beverly Adams, of Ava; two grandchildren, Anna Belle Morgan and Emalei Maria Morgan; sisters, Virginia Turley of Mansfield, and April M. Adams, Kansas City; brothers, Scott P. Adams, Squires, and Roger C. Adams Jr., Ava; and a host of friends and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with expenses.
Visitation was held at Ava Family Funeral Home from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, with funeral services following at 2 p.m. Burial was at the Thornfield House of Prayer Cemetery at Thornfield.
