A resident of Mountain Home, Ark. for 17 years Ronald Dean Riley, son of Carl Herbert Riley and Mary Alice Breckner Riley, was born on May 26, 1954, in Davenport, Iowa, and departed this life on Nov. 4, 2006 in Mountain Home, Ark., at the age of 52.
Ronald was a resident of Mountain Home, Ark. for 17 years, moving from Davenport, Iowa. He was a welder at Champion Boats. Ronald enjoyed coon hunting, catfishing, deer and turkey hunting and bowling. He also enjoyed fast cars.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Herbert.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Alice Breckner Riley, Chanhassen, Minn.; two daughters, Alissa Amy Tucker and husband, Larry, Abingdon, Ill., and Kelly Ann Stockham, Tacoma, Ill.; one granddaughter, Mary Ella Tucker and one grandson, Ethan Tucker, Abington, Ill.; three sisters, Marlyn Cain and husband, Patrick, Chanhassen, Minn., Judy Brauer, Davenport, Iowa, and Cheryl Riley, Chanhassen, Minn.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, at the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, with the Rev. Robert Grisham officiating. Interment was in the Blanche Cemetery east of Ava. The family requests memorials to the family as a love offering or to the Blanche Cemetery. Services were conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
