Born May 15, 1967, in Branson Sabrina DeVore, the daughter of Kenneth Applegate and Joyce (Case) Applegate, was born May 15, 1967, in Branson, and departed this life Sept. 22, 2006, at the age of 39.
On Dec. 30, 1989, Sabrina and Garry D. DeVore were united in marriage in the Baptist Church in Chadwick. Sabrina was a member of the Chadwick Baptist Church and the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breed Association. She loved to ride horses and enjoyed her miniature Doberman Pincher dogs.
Sabrina was preceded in death by her mother, one infant daughter, Gayla, one brother and one sister, and her grandparents.
She is survived by her husband, Garry D. DeVore, of the home, Ava; two sons, Markus Applegate and Garrett Lee DeVore, both of Ava; three stepchildren, Dustin Waine DeVore, Springfield, Cody Thomas Devore, Mansfield, and Jennifer Elaine DeVore, Ava; her father and stepmother, Kenneth and Kay Applegate, Chadwick; a sister, Camelle Steward, Ozark; two nieces, Megan and Afton Steward, of Ozark; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 25, in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, with the Rev. Jerry Loveland officiating. Interment followed in the Chadwick Cemetery.
