Retired elementary school teacher Lulu M. Shrum, 94, Lowry City, passed away June 8, 2006 at Truman Lake Manor in Lowry City.
Lulu, a retired elementary school teacher, is survived by two daughters, Nancy Carrell of Bolivar, and Sue Storm, of Overland Park, Kan.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were Wednesday, June 14, at 2 p.m. at the Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home, Osceola, with burial in the Lowry City Cemetery. The family was to receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Lowry City First Baptist Church Children’s Ministry in care of the funeral home.
