Of Gainesville Graveside services for Opal Marie Uhlmann, 90, of Gainesville, and formerly of West Plains, will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday) at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains.
Mrs. Uhlmann died at 11:05 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2006, in Gainesville Health Care Center. She was born Oct. 31, 1915, in Princeton, to Kelsey and Mattie Snider Hubbard. On Sept. 1, 1954, she was married at Flint, Mich., to Arno Uhlmann who preceded her in death on Aug. 12, 1987. Mrs. Uhlmann was a member of the Trinity Worship Center, West Plains.
She is survived by one brother, Arthur Hubbard and wife, Ada, Anderson, Calif; two sisters, Edith Hollingshad and husband, Joe, Dora, and Ruth McClary, Redding, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Margie Hubbard, Anderson, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, one sister, Geneve Duncan, and one brother, Jackson Hubbard, preceded her in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice and left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
