A resident of the Ava community for the past five years Jerold Raymond Molina, son of Raymond E. Molina and Bonnie Teel Molina, was born on Oct. 5, 1941, in Long Beach, Calif. and passed away on Nov. 8, 2005, in his home in Ava from a long illness at the age of 64 years.
Jerold was a resident of the Ava community for the past five years, moving from Idaho. He was a retired diesel truck mechanic.
Jerold and Mary Heacock were united in marriage on Aug. 25, 1967, in Idaho. He enjoyed painting, fishing, farming and raising goats.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
His survivors include his wife, Mary, of the home in Ava; his father, Raymond E. Molina, North Carolina; one son, Richard K. Molina, Carrywood, Idaho; one sister, Carol Simmamon, Tennessee; and other relatives and friends.
Cremation services were conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Homes, Ava.
