Daughter of Jamie Danielle Garner Katelyn Shae Garner, daughter of Jamie Danielle Garner, was born Sept. 20, 2005, and passed away Oct. 7, 2005, in Springfield at the age of 18 days.
She is survived by her parents, Robert Lee Hayes and Jamie Danielle Garner, both of Lebanon; her grandparents, Carmen and Mike Jones, of Lebanon, and Dan and Janice Garner, of Squires; great-grandparents, Joe and Doris Garner, Ava; several aunts and uncles; a special aunt, Rayonna Garner; and several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m., at Lebanon.
