Nova was born June 1, 1934. in Ava, to Joseph O. Huffman and Bertha Bell Privett Huffman.
She was married June 23, 1953 in Nevada, Mo. to Leland Tracy who survives of the home.
Mrs. Tracy moved to Kansas City from Nevada in the 1960′s. In 1990 she and her husband, Leland, moved to Belton where she lived the remainder of life. She was a homemaker and loving mother. Her family and friends were a very large part of her life. She loved planting and enjoying flowers, especially roses. Mrs. Tracy was a Baptist.
In addition to her husband Leland, survivors include one son, Richard Allen Tracy, Missouri; one daughter, Lisa Jo Priddy, Belton, MO; five grandchildren; and one twin sister, Nola York, Kansas City, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Lawrence V. Huffman, Luin Huffman and Calvin Huffman; and one sister, Roma Witchey.
Graveside services were held on Monday, February 28, 2005 at Newton Burial Park in Nevada,
