Gwendolyn Waid, the daughter of Ralph Gager and Charlotte Beckett Gager, was born Nov. 14, 1917, in Iowa, and departed this life on June 5, 2004, at the age of 86. Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 7, in the Ava Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Thompson officiating.
Services were under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
