Allison Joseph Hyak was born Dec. 27, 1920, in Syria, and departed this life May 23, 2004, at the age of 83 years. He was an Army veteran serving this country with the US. Army during World War II.
He was united in marriage with Vivian Marie Tull and was employed as a butcher before his retirement.
Survivors include his wife, Vivian, of the home, in Ava; and three children.
Cremation services were under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
